Opportunties for Service

Committed to Service

As a parish and as a Cathedral church, we are committed to service and to deep involvement in our community.St. John's has a long history of effective and creative reponse to the needs around us. Follow the links on this page for more information on some of the projects in which we are invested. Volunteer opportunities are varied and rich. Call the church office or the contacts listed for more information. The following opportunities include a partial list of areas of Outreach Ministry supported by Cathedral members. Being situated in the heart of downtown Jacksonville invites us to remember our Lord’s words, "In as much as you did this to the least of these, you did it to me."
